Biography

Nikolija Čampar is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive clinical experience in forensic psychiatry. She currently works at the Regional Forensic Psychiatric Clinic in Växjö, Sweden, where she conducts psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychological therapy for patients with complex psychiatric disorders within a forensic context.

Her clinical work includes comprehensive psychological assessments and individual therapeutic interventions using a range of evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, supportive therapeutic conversations, and other evidence-based approaches. A central focus of her clinical practice is the application of virtual reality (VR) in forensic psychiatry, where VR is used as an innovative tool for psychological assessment and therapy, particularly in work with antisocial behavior and difficulties related to affect and impulse regulation. VR enables clinical work in realistic yet controlled environments, enhancing the understanding of behavior, emotional responses, and therapeutic goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Nikolija is actively involved in education and supervision, working as a mentor for groups of psychology students, as well as a supervisor and consultant to staff working in forensic psychiatric services. Her professional interests include applied forensic psychology, mental health innovations, and the integration of new technologies into clinical practice.

Biography

Milena Mitić-Anđelković is a psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, mentor, and leadership coach. She is the founder of Inner Compass, a company that supports the development of leaders, teams, and organizations.

At the core of her work is the understanding that leadership starts from within, with a strong focus on deep personal transformation. Through training and coaching, she works with leaders on developing self-awareness, taking ownership, and leading with authentic presence, supporting them in creating safe, trust-based environments in which individuals and teams can grow and perform. Her further focus is on knowledge transfer and the development of future coaches through supervision work.

With over 20 years of experience in individual and group development, her professional background includes HR management, recruitment, training, and organizational development, as well as extensive consulting work in the business sector. She has designed and facilitated leadership development programs and coaching processes for managers at all levels, working across diverse industries such as automotive and industrial manufacturing, banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, and international technology-driven organizations.

Biography

Milica Lazić holds a PhD in Psychological Sciences and is a Senior Research Associate at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. Following her doctoral studies, she completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship on the Innovative Immunisation Hubs project, focused on developing empirically grounded interventions to increase vaccine literacy among marginalized groups across six European countries. Her research centers on mental health, with a particular emphasis on cross-cultural perspectives, resilience, protective factors, and subjective well-being, especially in the context of contemporary stressors and developmental challenges during adolescence and emerging adulthood. To date, she has authored and co-authored more than 50 original scientific papers published in national and international journals and has presented her work at over 100 scientific conferences. She is the first author of the monograph Measuring Processes and Effectiveness of Psychological Treatments. Her work has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad Award for Best Young Researcher (2018), the “Živorad Žiža Vasić” Award of the Serbian Psychological Society for the popularization of psychology as a science, the Sakura Scholarship for the best research paper on Japan, and the Dr Zoran Đinđić Award, conferred on the best young researcher of the University of Novi Sad. In addition, four papers on which she was a co-author were selected as outstanding research achievements of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, in 2018, 2021, 2023, and 2024. She has been involved in several international and national research projects, led a work package within a Science Fund project, and collaborated extensively with international colleagues. Her scientific contributions have also been acknowledged through the Excellence in Science Award from the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, recognizing her as being among the top 1% of researchers in the social sciences based on scientific output. She currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Psihologija.

Biography

Milica Tošić Radev is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš, Serbia. Her teaching and research are in the field of developmental and educational psychology, with a particular focus on attachment theory and emotions in education.

She obtained her PhD in 2016 at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, with the dissertation titled “The Affective Role of the Teacher: Conceptualization and Empirical Verification of the Construct.”

Milica Tošić Radev previously served as the Head of the Centre for Teacher Education and Professional Development at the Faculty of Philosophy in Niš. She has participated in several international and national research projects, including SHESPSS - Strengthening Higher Education for Social Policy Making and Social Services Delivery, SPOT - Social Psychology of Transformation: Understanding and Mastering Social Change,  SHINE - Strategic Higher Education Initiative for Networking and Engineering, and Trauma and Healing: Creating an Integrative Model of Psychological Recovery in Individuals with Early Trauma, conducted within the Niš Branch of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

She is the author of more than 30 scientific papers, including 8 published in Web of Science-indexed journals, and the (co-)author of two monographs: “Fear Is the Worst Place: A Study of Early Trauma from the Attachment Theory Perspective” and “Teacher as a Secure Base: Attachment in the Classroom.”

She is currently in the third year of accredited training in family systemic psychotherapy.
